1. Scope — website and waitlist only

These Terms cover the Codryth marketing / preview website and waitlist features available today. They do not govern a future full product, paid plans, or accounts. When those launch, separate terms may apply.

2. The service

Codryth provides a cinematic website and preview of a learning journey. Features may change, pause, or shut down as we build the product.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or any specific feature set. Waitlist signup is an expression of interest, not a contract for paid or unpaid product access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the site and join the waitlist. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

If you submit an email, you confirm that the address is yours (or that you are allowed to use it) and that the information is accurate.

4. Waitlist rules

We may invite people in phases, change waitlist order, or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

We may remove a waitlist entry (for example duplicate, abusive, or invalid signups) without guaranteeing a reason.

You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing the contact below and asking us to delete your entry.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break security, scrape or overload our systems, submit false or abusive data, impersonate others, or use the service for anything illegal.

6. Intellectual property

Codryth branding, art, text, and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and share links publicly; you may not copy the experience wholesale or use our assets for competing products without permission.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the waitlist form, you also agree to that Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that early-access communications will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated here.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Codryth and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If a change is material, we may also note it on the site. If you continue using the site after changes, you accept the new Terms.
